The full public API, the merchant dashboard, hosted checkout, and the buyer portal, on the same keys from the day you sign up. Payments settle to your bank on the standard payout schedule.
New features reach alpha accounts before general rollout, and the developer console shows request logs, the event stream, and sandboxes for everything you call.
